Text To Speech Tool

TTS Tool is a simple app to read out texts by the mostly pre-installed text-to-speech output on your smartphone. The output language, the speech rate and the pitch can be configured in the app. Furthermore, you can also send texts directly to the TTS Tool to read longer texts out to you.
