Spartan Tool Camera System

The Spartan Tool Camera System is an interface between Spartan pipe inspection cameras and the user. The application gives the user the ability to stream live video from the camera. Additionally, the app includes recording, playback, snapshots, audio dubbing, and editing. The camera light intensity can be adjusted using the touchscreen controls.
