This is an EXPERIMENTAL addon for Llama Location Profiles. It doesn't do anything by itself, and it will only work if you choose to use 'Android Location' under the Experimental settings of Llama. This will NOT let you plot your existing locations on a map. You cannot launch this app in the normal way. It will only work with Llama - Location Profiles.
