Namedays and Birthdays

With this new version the application has been totally renewed. Here are the main changes: Graphical interface totally renewed in material design style. For each day of the month the red dot indicates the presence of a name day while the blue dot of a birthday. Possibility for each contact, to set the days to celebrate the name day.
