X3NIA can be used as an alternative to the hotel's traditional hotel duty manager's logbook (used by Front Office Managers, Duty Managers, and Guest Experience Managers), as a means to keep track of guest complaints coming from restaurants, banquet events, and in-room dining, as well as providing an easy way to notify key hotel employees on security issues.
