QR reader for TWiT Ultimate

This is for viewers of TWiT to easily scan qr codes while watching on their computer or tv. It is an extension for the app TWiT Ultimate, but it's not required. I built this app separate from TWiT Ultimate to keep from having a useless feature and added space for those who don't need or want it in the app.
