Its always the same. No matter if you got a buch of work to do or if you need to focus on a new exercise, there is always this point when you pick up your phone and open the Facebook app. Ofcourse, you only want to check "quickly" whats going on. And 10 wasted minutes later you look up from your phone and just think 'damn it! '. Studying or working can often be tough.
