Emergency Handbook

Emergency Handbook is a UNHCR guide to agile, effective and community-based humanitarian emergency responses. Most of the Emergency Handbook content is publicly available. As such, the Handbook is also accessible as a tool for partners in emergency operations and other interested parties.
