Chromatic Tuner V1

Chromatic tuner with two operation modes. Instrument mode with range 26-1290Hz is for tuning guitar, bass and other instruments. Artificial mode with range 26-18000Hz is for more general use. Requires mobile audio sample rate 44100Hz or 48000Hz. For most new mobiles this should be ok.
