My Ocular Migraine Journal is used to assist in the recording of triggers and symptoms, which is recommended by doctors. It uses a series of checkboxes and textboxes to quickly and efficiently record many of these triggers and symptoms. It can be used on a daily basis, or just on the days that you have an ocular migraine.
