At Brenz, every ingredient, from sauce to crust, is meticulously and lovingly prepared to wow your taste buds. We take the time to do things right. Our dough is handcrafted on the premises then carefully aged in-house for at least 24 hours for peak flavor. We make our sauce here as well. We buy locally produced ingredients whenever possible.
