EMOM Gainz is a free EMOM workout timer. First you need to create a workout by clicking on plus button at the bottom right corner. Fill in workout name, prepare time, cool down time and amount of rounds that you want to workout and click save button. All workouts are saved so you don't have to create them over and over again.
