This app is not request SMOKING stop. I'm a smoker too. We are know smoking is not good for health. Look around. "smoking stop" is very very difficult. I tried to think of what is the most effective way to reduce smoking. Health? Smell? No. Those things are the hardest part to diagnose the current state of my smoking.
