Elements is a resource designed to promote spiritual transformation. Growth is a natural process, but it's not automatic. In any area of life, you have to arrange yourself for growth in order to actually develop. Without intentionally creating the proper conditions, or elements, for growth, we will naturally plateau or even deteriorate over time.
