Have you ever opened your Risk game and found NO DICE! Then this is the app for you. This happened to me, so I made this simple app to take the place of the real dice. Risky Dice is a simple little app that simulates the dice for Risk. It's not the game and it's not a battle simulator. All it does is roll the dice, keeping you in control. Nothing more than that.
