Ossetian cuisine

Ossetian feast is impossible to imagine without the ritual wheat cakes, meat of the sacrificial animal, beer, and strict rules of etiquette. Traditionally, from ancient times to the holiday table are based on the Ossetian pies as well as meat, mostly boiled, and bread, mostly corn churek.
