Dr. D Power Pants Panic!

Power Pants Panic puts the player in the role of Dr. Dimensionpants as he battles his way against his rogues' gallery and their minions in an attempt to rescue Philip from their collective evil clutches. The player can fly around the screen while firing energy blasts in all directions.
